Company: Capital One Small Business Charge Experiences

Duration: February 2024 - September 2024

Unexpected declines frustrate high-spending customers and can push their spending to competitors. To address this, we introduced a way for customers to share additional financial context, enabling more confident decisions while improving spending flexibility and customer trust. This experience also gave agents clearer guidance when supporting customers to better meet their needs.

Company: Capital One Small Business Rewards & Benefits

Benefits are a major part of why someone chooses a credit card, but it can be hard to remember all of the different benefits once you, and your employees, have the card. This benefits refresh highlights key benefits for our business customers while providing additional users with their own personalized benefits page. I also created benefits resources for our internal associates as well to help everyone better understand our new benefits strategy.

The "Cover Purchases" feature lets Capital One users redeem rewards by retroactively covering purchases, creating a smooth and effortless experience. In recent updates, I streamlined the process, boosted usability, and aligned it with current design systems, all while enhancing accessibility to deliver a more seamless and inclusive experience for every user.

Welcome to 360 Checking

As we welcome new customers to our 360 Checking accounts, we wanted to be able to help them through their setup process virtually, getting them ready to use their account as quickly and efficiently as possible. By using a multi-step, guided approach, we have made getting started on our accounts even easier.

Improving Service Learning

Improving students access to service learning

Company: University of Washington School of Medicine

As a medical student, classes can be stressful enough. Yet, to further their craft and take their knowledge outside of the classroom, many students look for service-learning opportunities. We made finding these opportunities easier for students so they can spend more time in the field furthering their education.
