One Learning is an internal web application acting as a centralized gateway that efficiently connects the Boeing workforce to personalized learning resources. As a User Experience Specialist Intern for the One Learning team, I helped conduct user research and created iterative designs to improve the user experience for the web application. I used a variety of research methods in 9 rounds of user testing to receive user feedback on current and future states of the web applications. I then worked with our business partners and a cross-functional team to combine the business goals and user feedback to design to deliver multiple iterations and new designs, resulting in increased user satisfaction. I also led the discussions on responsive web design and creating a focused design system.
